Preparation of Germanium Standard Solution


 Germanium Standard Solution (100 ppm Ge):
 Dissolve ammonium  hexafluorogermanate(IV) equivalent to 0.307 g of (NH4)2GeF6 in a 0.01 per cent  V/V solution of hydrofluoric acid. Dilute the clear solution to 1000 mL with water.
